By placing an order through Empowered Life Designs, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policy to ensure that you are fully aware of our shipping policies and procedures.
All our products are print on demand. Your order will be process in California. This ensures high quality and the fastest delivery time.
1. When will I receive my order?
The delivery time for your order has two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing Time:
It takes 5 - 8 business day to create your product after you place an order. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging. Before your order is then shipped.
Shipping Time:

2. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please keep an eye on your email.
3. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page right after you enter the shipping address.
4. Where do you ship from?
All products are printed and shipped from our US location(Yorba Linda,CA).
5. Shipping Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for U.S. orders to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we can send all shipments to Military APO/FPO addresses.
7. Address Change
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the deliver address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@empoweredlifedesigns.com.
8. Delivery Issues
We understand your worry when shopping online. We keep track of every order and provide regular updates via email. We make sure your order arrive on a timely matter.
9. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you received your order, we are able to accept cancellations with in 8 hours before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.
